Tickets
CSPAC will give each musician one complimentary ticket to the Pops Concert. To receive your ticket, you must register, download your music, and attend the Friday night rehearsal. After your participation is confirmed on Friday night, we'll send your name to the box office. Everyone on that list will be entitled to one complimentary ticket, available for pickup on Saturday, May 2nd, as early as 11:00 am, when the ticket office opens.
If you need more than one ticket, and you wish to purchase more, please note that your single complimentary ticket will not be located next to the seats for purchased tickets. So plan ahead if you're bringing your entire family. You can purchase additional tickets for $25 each online at the CSPAC Ticket Office.
Parking
The Stadium Drive Parking Garage is the most convenient parking area to the Band Room and CSPAC. The cost is $2 per hour, not to exceed $12. You can also park free in Lots Z and 1B to the right of the parking garage by the Ludwig track and soccer field. For more information on parking, click here.
Please watch your email and come back to this page for more information as we finalize the details.
This Centennial year has been so important to the University and to the Maryland Band program, and shows strong support for the importance of music in our schools. Help show your support to music programs everywhere by participating in the Pops Concert Alumni Band. We would not be the people we are today were it not for our beloved bands.
See you at Pops!

How do we print out the re-burned music without re-registering?
Thanks

Thom: as soon as the sheet music has been re-scanned and uploaded, we'll email everyone with the news and a link.

I know I am asking for miracles...but does the band have extra tubas sitting around? We are running into scheduling conflicts with our usual source for borrowing a tuba for John.

Betsy, Dr. Sparks told me that they don't have any concert horns to loan out. He suggested you try to get one from your local school. Sorry!!

Betsy - If you know any of the other tubas signed up, see if they have a spare!

Hey All,
I am a middle school band director. Please email me if you are looking for a horn to use for this event. I may be able to help out. On another note, do we have percussion?

Everyone,
While I am listed on Trumpet, I am bringing my *cornet*, to play with Curt Anstine and am flexible on parts. No need to consider me the 13th Trumpet when there are only 3cornets right now.
Happy to play with them too.
