MSoM Instrument Drive Begins

MSoM Instrument Drive 2009 begins.  The Mighty Sound of Maryland will be collecting musical instruments, music accessories and monetary donations in conjunction with Hungry For Music, a locally based non-profit 501 (c)(3) organization which distributes instruments and provides musical opportunities for underprivileged children nationally and internationally. For collections at Football games, volunteers will be positioned outside of the West Gate (the gate closest to the garage) for the two hours prior to every home game.  Alternately, you can drop off your donation at the band office in the Clarice Smith Performing Arts Center (across the street from the West Gate) at any point during the drive. As both Tau Beta Sigma and Hungry For Music are non-profits, your donation is tax deductible!  Donation forms will be available at all drop off points.  This drive will run through Tuesday, December 1, 2009.
